[b]Lemija Allen[/b] is a successful military officer with excellent skills and the ability to think outside the box. In 1998, Lemija Allen completed his Regents Diploma from Teachers Preparatory High School in Brooklyn, NY. Later in the year 2009, he completed his BA Management, Minor Military Science (Magna Cum laude) from Virginia State University, Petersburg VA 23803 and MBA (Cum Laude) from ST John’s University, Queens, NY 11415. On 26th January 2007, he was awarded the diploma for successful completion of the Airborne course.

Lemija demonstrates a huge technical expertise and tactical ability to support different companies and battalion operations. In addition, he has a number of military accomplishments and commendations.

- Lemija Allen received Brigade NCO of the Year for 22nd Signal BDE in 2005.
- He won National ROTC Scholarship US ARMY and the Horatio Alger Scholarship in 2006.
- He received ‘Certificate of Achievement’ for his service and support for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
- He received a Certificate of Training in German Headstart Instruction, from Central Texas College (30 hours course).
- He received a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ for his support for operation Clean Sweep in 2001.

Apart from this, [b]Lemija Allen[/b] was also presented with the ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ for his outstanding service in support of the combined joint task force-7 joint operations center renovation.

Since July 2015, he has been successfully serving as a company commander of a forward Support maintenance Company in direct support of the Combined and Joint operations in the Republic of Korea. He possesses excellent skills and provides innovative and efficient ideas for multiple companies and battalion operations.
