Formerly serving as a proposal specialist at a local government contracting company DRS in 2007, Heather McSparron developed the skills to create Request for Quotes (RFQ), analyze the proposals, read the technical drawings, and understand the technical evaluations. She also learned how to make effective interactions between external customers, internal customers and suppliers.

Rendering excellent customer service to the individuals, Heather McSparron served as a teller supervisor post serving as the Customer Service Representative at Riverside National Bank. Her dedication to succeed and progress in banking enabled her to access this position in the bank. This position demanded her to learn scheduling, cash ordering, TT & L payments that are made quarterly by local businesses, performed required audit schedules and how to conduct the audits.

Besides being working at the bank, Heather is well versed with the procurement regulations (FAR, DFAR, ITAR) and possesses an excellent internal/external customer relations and the communication skills. These include effective negotiation, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Being highly skilled, she joined DynCorp International as buyer and was highly successful at understanding the customer’s needs and negotiating rates. She worked as a Buyer in Baghdad from 2017 until June 2018 where she continued her duties as the previous ones. She prepared and solicited quotes to selected Brokers, OEM or FAA approved repair facilities for aircraft and non-aircraft new and repair parts, purchase items or services required for site or personnel operations.

Regarding her education credentials, Heather McSparron is currently studying at Purdue University Global where she is pursuing Bachelors in Business Management. She also attended Everest University for 2 years while working and transferred the credits to Purdue. Thereafter, she started her online courses in Iraq.
