Toxins are chemicals that are quite harmful for the body and it can get into your body after the consumption of food, water or inhaling of chemical gases from the environment. The other way to detox your body is fasting, in this way you are putting your organs at rest. According to the doctors, detoxification works for everyone because; it addresses the needs of the different body in their way.
