Steps for Lower body:-

- Get into the same starting position for upper body but here you will lift your left knee, point it straight ahead, and Kick out with the ball of your foot. Quickly start with right and return to a starting stance. Do 10-10 front snap kick with your right and left leg.
- In step two we have to do five squats
- Change your leg position and now right leg behind you and continue with same as the first steps.
- Again, repeat your second steps position.
