Unfortunately, in America, civil courts are not always fair. However, when they award a perpetrator $600k because the victim cannot afford a defense, that's just criminal. Apparently, when a person tries to answer a civil complaint on their own and it gets struck due to a technicality, that means the person has admitted to the allegations.

A young lady was unable to afford an attorney, tried to answer the complaint her aggressor made through a high paid attorney in another state, and failed to even get the answer accepted by the Court. Though she was destitute, legal aid said they only take a certain amount of cases and could not take hers.

Therefore, with blatantly forged evidence and provable lies, the aggressor won a default judgment. The aggressor then used a civil default judgment to have the sheriff's office break into a place she doesn't own or rent and take property that didn't belong to her.

Judge Megan Shanahan from Hamilton County is supposed to be for the law and for justice. This was an obvious attempt by a family to hide an affair and publish the young lady who came forward. They claimed a restraining order they applied for was granted, when it was not. Instead of the Court finding the facts, they said the young lady had to get a transcript of the hearing. A transcript she could not afford.

So 1,100 miles away from where she lived, Judge Megan Shanahan gave the Rape by Deception suspect permission to have the cops break down her door. This is the most recent case of abuse of the law in Hamilton County. Eyebrows are being raised because the perpetrator is a major financial political supporter as well.

A Hamilton county citizen said "I've never seen such a corrupt ruling and I voted for her." Upon review, the Ohio Court was sending the victim paperwork from another case. They abused the long arm of the law in the name of money. This is the saddest case we've seen in a long time and does not represent justice by any means.

We urge you not to vote for Megan Shanahan and we urge you to send an e-mail complaining about her to the bar. She's suppressing first amendment rights because an individual doesn't have the money to hire an attorney and didn't go to law school so can't technically answer a complaint. This is wrong on so many levels. We're ashamed of the legal system in this instance.
