Toshikatsu Group, a pre-eminent private wealth management company based in Tokyo that looks to the future and places a considerable emphasis on training and on promoting excellence, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dairoku B. Suzuki, 57, as its new Managing Partner, immediately.

Mr. Suzuki will succeed Yahiro Takahashi, the current Managing Partner, who will soon reach the customary age at which Toshikatsu Group relinquish managerial responsibility (65). He will remain one of the Firm’s General Partners.

Over the course of his career at Toshikatsu Group, Mr. Suzuki has held various positions within the Firm. He currently serves as Head of the Firm’s Investor Services Business. Immediately prior to this, Mr. Suzuki ran the Firm’s Treasury and Markets Division after beginning his career as a corporate lending officer in the Firm’s Banking Business. Today, he Chairs the Firm’s Investor Services Oversight Committee, and is a member of both the Toshikatsu Group and Finance Committees.

Mr. Suzuki graduated from Tokyo College and received his MBA from the Economic School of the University of Osaka.
