AutoFacets believe in encouraging startups and increase their innovation limits towards emerging technologies for FUTURE OF SMART MOBILITY. In order to support the transformation of winning ideas into an integral part of the future’s SMART & SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY ecosystem, this Start-Up award is the signature event at Fleet Europe Summit.

Major attractions of the Fleet Europe 2018 event were Remarketing Forum, Mobility Connect, EV Test Drives, Fleet Europe Village, Smart Mobility Cafe, Smart Mobility Talks, and Start-up of the Year Award Ceremony. Surprisingly, AutoFacets has received an overwhelming response from the audience during the Smart Mobility Cafe and at the Smart Mobility Talks session taken by Vipin Moharir - Chief Group Strategy Officer & CEO Europe, Gateway Group. ‘Data is the new oil and it is here to stay,’ says Vipin Moharir (founder, AutoFacets), explaining how digitization can be a facilitator for MaaS, and how all automotive companies will eventually become IT companies, and how the fleet industry is the right place to start.

Out of 12 startups finalists, top three unique and innovative future mobility initiatives got selected for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position respectively Fixico, AppyParking, and Bestmile. Fixico won the Startup of the Year award for its idea of friction-free damage repair by providing a platform for car damage repair handle in Europe. AppyParking came up with the idea of improving parking facilitation with the combination of curbside management and parking management. The 1st winner got prize from Amar Gupta, VP Sales and Strategic Alliances, AutoFacets.
