(v)General Power of Attorney: an Indian national living in Kuwait, who needs to execute GPA/POA in favor of somebody in India, must submit GPA/POA in duplicate and sign on the presence of the diplomat officer, alongside witnesses. Original passport of the applier and photocopy of the passport/ID or other person is needed to be produced at the time of submission of application.

GPA/POA executed by somebody who lives in India in favor of an Indian national who lives in Kuwait must be authenticated by concerned State Home Department and Ministry of External Affairs.

(vi)Life Certificate for Pensioners: LC is issued to holders of Pension Payment Order “GRATIS”, i.e. freed from charge. applier must come in person alongside his original passport and PPO.

(vii)Death Certificate: DC is issued “GRATIS”. it's obligatory to register the death of an Indian national in Kuwait with the Embassy. Death certificate issued by the Birth and Death Registration office of Kuwait and authenticated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.
