No, you won’t get any support from the company. At least, don’t count on a prompt response that can really help you, no matter how much you pay. You will probably hire a full-time (maybe even in-house) specialist that himself costs $100 000 (on average) annually. Why not outsource a part-time remote European team to get you a custom solution, then?

* Takes a lot of time
A platform that is expensive and slow also takes a lot of time to build and maintain. Magento just violates all rules and pushes developers as well as investors through all circles of hell.

Easy and simple: make your own website with your code. Custom solution is better because it is designed specifically for you. If it costs the same or less, there’s just no two ways about it, so quit Magento now before you got too deep into it.
