The Diamond Bakery is one of the longest running manufacturer in Hawaii. It was started by three Japanese immigrants, HidegoroMurai, KikutaroHiruya and Natsu Muramoto in 1921. They shared a dream and worked for it together. The bakery has seen it all, the World Wars and attack on Pearl Harbor. The owners have constantly tried to bring new flavors and variations into their product line. They also tried to contribute to social and community causes through donations and help.
