ASTPP Announced to Offer Support Ticketing Solution within ASTPP

ASTPP is a leading open source smart VoIP solution. The community has announced to offer a support ticketing solution.

 
ASTPP is one of the best open source VoIP solutions and the only smart VoIP software that is available as an open source system. The community has added the add-on concept with the release of the ASTPP 4 which has made different VoIP solutions available. Recently, the spokesperson of the representative announced that the community has launched “Support Tickets”.

The support ticketing solution is a complete help desk ticketing system available as an add-on for the ASTPP users. This solution is furnished with a wide array of features one expects to have in a standard technical ticketing solution. Below is the list of key features available in the support ticketing solution:

• It supports different departments. One can create more than one department to provide department wise support services.
• The departments can be assigned to an admin or a different sub-admin.
• The customers can open a support ticket via the customer portal of the ASTPP. It means they do not need to access any other third party solution to raise a ticket.
• The customer can also open a ticket by sending an email. This email needs to be sent to the predefined department.
• The support tickets raised by the customers of resellers can be accessed by the admin to provide the best customer service to the customer of the reseller as well.
• An email notification will be sent to a predefined technician and admin when a new support ticket is created
