Stultz. Bethany Behrmann assumes the role of Managing Broker at Engel & Völkers Sarasota and Engel & Völkers Venice Downtown, while Brian J. Partie Jr., PA steps in as Director of Growth & Business Development for all three locations. This decision comes at a pivotal moment as Stultz recently acquired the franchise rights to Engel & Völkers Lakewood Ranch. Her second expansion came in 2023, with the opening of Engel & Völkers Sarasota, which is temporarily located at 22 South Links Ave, Suite 201. Most recently, she acquired the franchise rights to Engel & Völkers Lakewood Ranch, which is slated to open later this year. With the addition of Behrmann and Partie, Engel & Völkers Suncoast now has a team of 10 dedicated staff members to support their growing roster of 30 advisors.
