During the past 20 years obesity among adults has risen significantly in the United States. The latest data from the National Centre for Health Statistics shows more than 30% of U.S adults 20 years of age and older over 60 million people are obese. Among children and teens aged 6-19 years, 16% are considered overweight. Get America Fit Foundation (GAFF) launched a Gold Ambassador Program to educate all Americans to live healthier and happier life.

Many Gold Ambassadors use the PDF documents on their website or blog to improve website interaction, educate their visitors and add value content to their website. Topics include gluten, heart disease and exercise, osteoporosis and fitness, bullying and childhood obesity and more. Ambassadors will also receive ongoing updates on ways to make a difference in the health and fitness of more Americans.
