A gherkin is a pickle from a cucumber picked small and also a particular species of cucumber. Crunchier than other pickles, gherkin pickles can be sweet or tar. Soil and Water: Plants need well-drained soil and will get required advantage from added mixture compost or well-composted manure, naturally. The flow of water is highly controlled and smooth process is monitored. Watering should be moderate until flowering and then full-grown pickle develops with careful harvesting.
Planting and Growing: the environment is very important, the necessary moisture and air are highly recommended. We wanted to give a full experience of naturally grown and organic Gherkins .Cucumbers ripes from good air circulation and mulch to keep moisture even. Indoor sowing is important as 3 weeks before the last frost. Thin to the strongest 3 plants in the hill. Plants can be trellised or run on the ground.
Harvesting & Storage: Fruits can be harvested at any desired size, from 1.5" - 5" and eaten fresh or made into pickles.

This process has made our favourite among our consumer segment as we added more products to the range we started getting some orders from families, who wanted
