“Employers reach out first after they find a candidate they’re interested in,” explained Reed. “There’s no need for résumés and time-wasting lengthy applications because you let the job come to you with EmploySee.”

EmploySee’s filtering algorithms allow employers to isolate the most qualified candidates for each job position. Employers then show their job position only to these ideal candidates, which saves time and resources on dead-end applicants who have exaggerated their qualifications. For example, an employer can send their remote accounting job details only to people who are interested in remote work with a CPA license. This saves the recruiter time doing background checks and conducting interviews only to discover the applicant isn’t interested in remote jobs or doesn’t have a CPA license.

Employers also can report job seekers they deem to have suspicious qualifications, which EmploySee moderators personally investigate. Job seekers are banned from the site if they list exaggerated or false credentials, and is enforced by requiring each account to be verified via cellphone number.

Employers only pay for results on EmploySee with the website’s pay-per-interview pricing structure that varies based on the job seeker’s experience.

Reed said, “EmploySee costs only $50-$200 per interview. Compare that to the average total cost to hire an entry-level accountant through a headhunter being approximately $13,000. By cutting out the middleman, we save employers time and money while recruiting.”
