The 2024 EXC enduro motorcycles feature an advanced frame design that is hydraulically machined. Two-piece sub frame made of polyamide and aluminum. This makes it lightweight and durable at the same time. All electronic components of EXC motorcycles, including the KTM Off-road Control Unit (OCU), are located on the sub frame.

The design of the 2024 KTM EXC lineup was developed with input from the Red Bull KTM Factory Riders team to provide the rider with a comfortable stance for better control of the motorbike.

The front fender is equipped with dirt-repellent fins. Modified 8.3-liter for 4-stroke and 8.9-liter for 2-stroke motorcycles, the fuel tanks are made of transparent polyethylene and allow visual control of the fuel level.

The KTM EXC and EXC-F models feature a brand new 48mm closed cartridge WP XACT fork. It features a new mid-valve piston concept to optimize oil flow in a closed cartridge. Fork and rear shock adjustable for compression ratio with manual adjustments, without the use of any tools. For the first time a completely independent control box that replaces fuses and relays controls the electronics.

The 2024 KTM EXC two-stroke lineup includes the 150 EXC, 250 EXC and 300 EXC. The new Throttle Body Injection (TBI) electronic injection technology provides engines with near-carburetor levels of smooth power delivery. A special valve prevents excess fuel supply during extreme climbs and descents.

The four-stroke lineup includes the 250 EXC-F, 350 EXC-F, 450 EXC-F and 500 EXC-F. They feature class-leading engines designed to deliver powerful low-end torque and explosive high-end power.

The improved handling on the 2024 KTM EXC Series is achieved by moving the engine 2 degrees back and moving the sprocket 3mm lower. These changes improve mass centralization and the anti-squat character (anti-squat when accelerating).
