Bon Bon is an ice cream catering company that aims to make an impression with every scoop. To make this happen, it offers gelato catering and wholesale services.

[SANDY, 09/26/2017] – NPR.org revealed that Americans consume over 40 pints of ice cream every year. The population’s love for the frozen treat goes back to 1920, the nation’s first year without alcohol, when they needed an alternative.

For establishments that want to include a new brand of cold treats to their menu or serve frozen desserts during special occasions, Utah-based ice cream company, Bon Bon, can supply.

Authentic Italian Flavors

Do Americans still scream for ice cream? Yes, they do, but some prefer gelato for its lower calorific value, which is about 70% less than that of ice cream.

The Italian treat, gelato, is creamier and silkier than its American counterpart. It also has two types: milk- and water-based. Both of these are popular in the United States, as they both beat summer heat.

Gelato and Ice Cream Catering and Wholesale

Bon Bon brings its artisanal creations to shops and special celebrations in Salt Lake City. It offers authentic and exquisite gelato and ice cream flavors not found anywhere else. Max Morozoff, co-owner of the company, makes approximately 2,000 gallons of ice cream and gelato out of fresh ingredients and premium flavorings each month.

The flavors range from the usual vanilla and chocolate to unique picks like blood orange and grapefruit, as well as rosemary pear. Custom flavors are also available upon request.

Bon Bon’s catering services are not just for sophisticated affairs, but these are also available for normal kiddie parties. Its packages include simple scoops for $3.95 per person, the signature creation bar for $5.25 per person, and gelato sandwiched between two macarons for $5 each.

Cafés, bistros, and restaurants may include these frozen delights to their menu by ordering their desired flavors wholesale from Bon Bon. All flavors come in five-liter pans.

About Bon Bon

Bon Bon was inspired by an episode of “The Apprentice.” Max Morozoff, co-owner and resident ice cream and gelato maker for Bon Bon, realized the Utahns’ record-breaking love for ice cream. He started selling his products to Megaplex Theaters in 2009 and in six months, other Megaplexes began carrying Bon Bon products.

A few years later, Max and his wife, Helena, opened a Bon Bon ice cream parlor at Gateway Mall.
