Elision has announced to offer value-added add-ons to the users of call center services, which it has launched recently. Along with various other benefits, Elision will also offer additional functionalities and features in forms of add-ons.

Agent Screen Capture: It adds a supervisor feature for supervisors. It takes a screenshot of the agents’ screen at a predefined interval and sends it to the concerned person.

Call Recording: Call center service users have a call recording feature by default in the offered contact center suite. These add-ons provide more features and control over voice logging.

Word Spotting from Call Recordings: This add-on is useful to spot a word in all files of call recording. It can find all call recordings that have used a specific word in the conversation.

IT Help Desk Ticketing: A complete IT help desk support ticketing solution gets integrated with the call center software. It is useful for all technical support provider call centers.

IP PBX: Elision has developed a comprehensive add-on, which offers major features of an IP PBX solution. By integrating this add-on with the software, call center service users can take advantage of the call center solution and IP PBX software within a single system.

Text to Speech (TTS): This add-on converts a written text into a voice prompt.

Data Verification: It verifies the truthfulness of email addresses and phone numbers.

As per the shared details, the call center service users can buy one or more add-ons as per their needs and can also remove if not needed anymore.
