LEXINGTON, KY, April 20, 2016 – RainMaker Hospitality, a leading hotel management and development company, broke ground today on a 93-room, four story, TownePlace Suites by Marriott. The property is located in Richmond, KY, and is scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2017. The extended stay hotel project is adjacent to route I-75, conveniently located directly off exit 87.

Though RainMaker (www.rainmakerhospitality.com) is an established owner/ developer in the community, this is the first time the ownership group has developed a project featuring a Marriott International brand. The new construction project utilizes the future forward Generation IV construction prototype, which features expanded public space areas, enhanced breakfast buffet, and eye catching facade.

RainMaker is comprised of a partnership including Prakash Maggan, Ketan Patel, Sunil Patel, Dipak Patel, Bhavisha Patel. “We are excited to break ground on the TownePlace Suites by Marriott.
