9) Oversee the future of the firm so as to appropriately reflect the income of the cost center as well as expenditures of the administrative and general expenses.

10) Coordination with the director and the Controller of the company along with the owner for preparation of annual budget to forecast the easiest controlling of the predetermined profit levels and enforcement of budgets.

11) Making a good maintenance to the savings and checking accounts and perform the process of 'reconcile' in the monthly and daily basis.

12) For the accounting software, maintenance as well as increasing of knowledge is an absolute necessary for the industry of construction accountants as it will directly be relation to the firm.

13) Regularly performing the procedures of audit for making a verification of the transactions

14) Overseeing the making of reports as it gets needed.

15) Make a tracking to all the liabilities and assets of the company. For that maintaining a loan file, files for property and vehicles.
