Dr. Akash Kumar Rose, a man with many achievements, is now heading for even more. He is setting some great examples for the future generation. He completed his MBBS and then took a turn to relive his passion in arts.

“Studying Science was not only a passion; rather, as a doctor, I wanted to help people who don’t get enough medical treatment. But my real desire was in art and creativity. And now I am holding a position in NICC as a director”, said Dr. Akash Rose.

NICC, a pioneer institute for photography, animation and graphic designing courses for budding academicians. Dr. Rose joined here only to take NICC to the seventh heaven of success. It was his sheer dedication and unconditional involvement to offer students with nothing but the best.

Rajiv Mehra, NICC, Batch 2006 speaks, “Sir Rose was simply brilliant. I remember the first day when I joined NICC and how I came across him. His speech was so inspiring for everyone. Whenever I used to face any problem, he was always there to help.”

Dr. Akash Kumar Rose has always been much updated with his teaching methodology. He uses the light wave technology in 3D print to teach students. He also introduced the 6 part photo teaching technique series in 1997. It was done under the title of The Art of Macro Photograph.

Along with it, Dr. Rose also made prestigious tie up with National and International universities. Few of the mentionable tie-ups are with – Universal College, ICSID, and ELIA. This has given the academicians a significant chance to improve their career prospect.

Under his amazing guidance, NICC also heads two of the India’s most prestigious creative companies, Industrial Design and Product Design Curriculum Guide for TATA Elxsi and Authorized Photography Training Center of Canon India.

These were his achievements in his passion, but as a doctor, Dr. Akash Rose has made a lot of contribution to the society.

Dr. Rose was a Referral Research Physician in Pulmonology and General Medicine. He achieved a lot in those days, and it was never about making a profit with his skills. He used his talent to serve people and help them with an absolute treatment at a very low remuneration. It shows the humanity and humility he has in him.

He was also a scholar in NCERT and has taken part to lead several Government of India projects. His name is in the iconic pages of media where the world is getting to witness a better face of Dr. Rose.
