Allied Interstate Might Be the Most Illegal Collection Agency Around

Posted April 26, 2016 by DontTreadOnMe

Allied Interstate, a subsidiary of iQor, is a collection agency that has been in hot water on a number of occasions for breaking federal collection laws.

If Allied Interstate, a subsidiary of iQor and a collection agency, has contacted you, there's a high chance they have broken the law. They've had a number of lawsuits and class action lawsuits filed against them. They also have ruthless attorneys who stop at nothing to try and intimidate and harass the very people they have broken the law and victimized.

What most people don't realize is that it doesn't cost a single dollar to sue Allied Interstate collection agency. When an individual has been victimized, they should immediately file complaints with the FTC, their state attorney general, and their state's financial regulatory commission. These are all simple forms that can be filled out online. One or two might not make a huge difference, but if all the victims come together and do it, Allied Interstate collections will be forced to pay huge fines and forced to answer for their crimes.

We are organizing a class action suit against Allied. Victims will be able to get a check by filling out a small form. More information on all that later. At any rate, if Allied Interstate has contacted you, contact a local consumer protection attorney. It won't cost you a dime. If the attorney asks you for money, say no thank you and call another. One will take your case for nothing and Allied will settle 9 times out of 10. Just make sure you file your federal complaints before contacting your attorney.
