9th March 2015 – ¬[Chicago, Illinois]:Bliston University’s recent survey about hiring market and relevant quality human resources has revealed that there has emerged a gap between prospective employers and well versed software developers. Though there are many reasons contributing to this dilemma, the survey shows that the issue stems from the unavailability of learned computer science graduates with programming as their majors.

The survey, which was conducted among 45 companies, revealed that regardless of a steady turn out of software developers in the past couple of years, only a handful of graduates have been able to secure good jobs. More than two-third of the participants believe that the hiring gap is due to the lack of genuine talent. Moreover, many companies have opened up their own training centers to increase their chances of retaining their employees and striving to build more intimate professional networks.

When approached, a spokesperson for Bliston University stated, “Software engineers are one of the most in-demand professionals since many years. It s therefore a sign of concern for us all that there exists a certain friction between the hiring parties and the software developer’s employing. As we go to the core of this issue, we have understood that this is because the hiring companies feel insecure about the competency of the candidates applying for jobs. Most companies require learned and experienced professionals and they feel timid about hiring fresh graduates due to same reasons.” He further stated that, “This survey was taken so we could understand what goes on insides the employers’ minds.
