Learn how to love yourself before trying to love another. Many people are constantly jumping from one relationship to another, while not really understanding why each relationship eventually ends up coming to an end. Look at yourself for 10 minutes, and ask yourself who am i? Look at all your imperfections on your body and start to ACCEPT and EMBRACE them. Do this everyday for 10 minutes until you start to feel comfortable with who you are.
Stop trying to be something or someone you are not.! Being happy and comfortable in your own skin will help you start to love yourself for who you are,
and NOT what others may think of you. Once you accomplish this, this sky is the limit in regards to having a healthy emotional, mental and physical relationship.
