Digna Love has always had a passion for alternative medicine and spirituality. Throughout her life, she has consistently explored a connection with a higher power, and knew that she wanted to become a healer. She grew up on the beautiful tropical island of Saint Lucia, which is located in the Caribbean Sea, between Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, and Barbados. While living on Saint Lucia, she attended secondary school in Vieux Fort, and she also helped her brothers grow corn and harvest coffee. Living on Saint Lucia was wonderful because of the island’s abundance of fresh food and clean water, and Love felt a connection with the earth and nature. However, in 2001, she moved with her young son to the United States, looking for a fresh start and a new adventure.

Love worked as a nanny for years, while also taking care of her own children. However, she always was interested in becoming a healer. Since she was not able to attend formal schooling during this time, she took many classes online. She studied spiritual practices, and became certified in Angel card reading. She also took classes in writing and communication. In 2012, Digna Love was finally able to attend school, and enrolled at Palm Beach State College with the intention of getting an Associate’s degree in psychology. However, she soon learned about an alternative medicine program at Everglades University, and decided to transfer schools so she could pursue her passion of becoming a healer. She is set to graduate in 2016, and looks forward to starting her career in holistic health. She also recently started a business called Love and Sunshine, where she sells gemstones and crystals with spiritual benefits. In her free time, she loves spending time with her children, who are 20, 7, and eight months old.
