PhenQ - Best Weight Loss Pill in 2017 or another scam? Learn here the truth.

I am of the opinion that weight loss supplements can help and can be worth the money for I usually don't recommend them because they are overpriced and they offer very little in return for the money. I have never used a weight loss supplement, but this doesn't mean I am against the use of weight loss supplements, it just means that I won't pay money for them because like I said, they are overpriced. Furthermore, you can easily get good results in fat loss if you motivate yourself to put in the work and exercise regularly while following a diet that restricts your caloric intake and managing to keep that caloric deficit going.

I had no need to use a supplement while I was losing weight because I worked for it and I ate healthy in order to lose the fat.
Supplements, in my opinion, are for people that aren't motivated enough or disciplined enough to exercise and diet, to follow a strict plan, to not cheat and so on. It's hard, I'll definitely admit, which is why so many individuals are overweight and why so many fail to lose the fat so yeah, try a supplement if you can't do it without but know that even with a supplement, you will have a hard time getting results if you don't do some exercising and if you don't make some changes to your diet, it just doesn't work without this.

Honestly, if it were possible to lose fat without dieting and exercising do you truly think obesity would be such a huge problem right now, all over the world? I think it's very clear that it's not possible. What a supplement does, and this should be obvious, is that it helps improve the benefits that physical activity offers, like improving thermogenesis and the metabolism, which is why it should be and it's recommended that you use a supplement with dieting and a workout routine. Personally, if I wanted to use a supplement, I would first consult my medic and that is what I recommend that you do because most supplements for fat loss don't have clinical proof for safety or for actually working.

For example, PhenQ, a popular online dietary supplement intended for weight loss, does not have any clinical proof. Maybe it works, maybe it's safe, but there's no proof of that so it poses a risk to your health. You may also have an allergy to one of its ingredients, it's good to be safe than to be sorry later.
