The FASS Titanium Series offers all of the Heavy Duty Performance packed into a more compact unit, geared for the pickup market. This size difference allows you to tuck the pump closer to the frame for better clearance and less visibility without sacrificing any of the features known to FASS systems. The fuel passes through the Airdog water separator which removes the large particulate contaminates that could damage or jam the gear rotor fuel pump. The fuel, with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining enters the fuel pump.

The fuel, now under positive pressure flow, enters the fuel filter. As the fuel passes through the filter media and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated. Through the positive fuel air separation features of the patented AirDog II-4G the separated air/vapor is discharged from the filter and back to the fuel tank through the Primary Air/Vapor Discharge Port.

The Titanium Series is our most versatile FASS System. It is the #1 pump used for pickup and Class 8 drivers. Its small compact design allows you to tuck the pump closer to the frame for better clearance and less visibility. This pump was redesigned in the summer of 2013 and now has the ability to flow up to 260 gallons per hour, has larger filters for longer stays on the road and now offers all half inch ports with half inch fuel line.
