The company has initiated the process for the Project by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth 252 Crore Rs. with Govt. of Gujarat during Vibrant Gujarat Investor Summit-2011 for the development of Phase I of Dholera Mega Industrial Park Project- Dholera Nano City; Prior to this, the promoters of the company had purchased and possess on their name 415 acres of private land at Dholera before two years for the development of Dholera Mega Industrial Park Project/ Multi SEZ consisting of three SEZs, viz. one Engineering SEZ, one Free Trade Warehousing Zone and one Gems & Jewellery SEZ;
Dholera SIR Infra Development has also initiated the process for the development of Logistics Park at Dholera Special Investment Region by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth 102 Crore Rs. with Govt. of Gujarat during Vibrant Gujarat Investor Summit-2011.
