HANDY 2000 TOUCHThis is one most advanced series of ESTIC Handheld controllers. It is designed to improve usability with a large size touch screen. It is compatible with both the EH2-HT30/40 series and all types of EH2 tools. It also includes a boost mode which increases the free-running speed 150% faster than the current model
It has fastening methods like Torque control, Torque control angle monitoring, Angle Control, Torque and Angle control, torque and angle control, Reverse angle control, yield angle control, yield control, and inspection torque method.
It can save a maximum of 99 channels for tightening and also can save up to 50000 records of fastening history and max 60 torque curve history.
It has 4 variations of the tightening status menu: -
1. Waveform monitor (torque, angle, current, speed)
2. OK/NG judgment
3. Selected channel/Job indication
4. Tightening result details
It has communication modes like Ethernet, Fieldbus, CC link, Profibus & Profinet.

Controller size has been decreased by 30% compared to its former version Handy2000 series. A large LED display for easy recognition of tightening status.
It has fastening methods like Torque control, Torque control angle monitoring, Torque or Angle control, reverse angle Control.
It can have max. 99 tightening channel/job and can save up to 33000 records of fastening result history and 30 records of torque curve history (OK fastening 20, NG fastening 10).
Various communication methods are Ethernet, CC link, Profibus, Profinet.

• HANDY2000 LITE PLUS
Next-generation handheld Nutrunner Handy2000Lite plus is developed with sophisticated electronics control and mechanical, software technologies, and manufactured under high-level quality control. Based on the concept required by the user such as fastening accuracy, environment friendliness, and safety.
It includes a boost mode which increases free-running speed by 150% faster than current control models

The controller is equipped with a 4.3-inch color LCD touch panel for improved visibility. Graphic data such as torque curves can also be displayed in addition to numerical information for clear information about tightenings.
Torque sensor and angle measurement data ensure reliable traceability.


It has a high visibility 4.3-inch LCD touch screen with operation keys (7 pieces) and an LED lamp (4 pieces).
It has fastening methods like Torque control, Torque control angle monitoring, Angle Control, Torque or angle control, Torque and angle control, Reverse angle control, Yield control, Yield angle control, Inspection torque method.
It can save max. 99 tightening channels/job and up to 50000 fastening result history with record 0f 60 torque curve history.

• HANDY2000 CORDLESS
ESTIC WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY (EWT) has complied with IEEE802.15.4 which has advantages such as high speed, low electrical consumption, long distance. Frequency Band 2.4GHz (2405-2480MHz). Antenna Power 0.9mW.
It has a display with 7 segments LED with an easy setup by using infrared between the tool unit and the control unit.
It has fastening methods like Torque control, Torque control angle monitoring, Angle Control, Torque or angle control, Torque, and angle control.
It can have max. 99 tightening channel/job and can save up to 33000 records of fastening result history and 15 records of torque curve history (OK fastening 5, NG fastening 10).

Various communication methods are Ethernet, CC link, Profibus, Profinet.
