CRYSTAL HOME HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES ITS RECERTIFICATION OF ITS MEDICARE CERTIFIED NURSING AGENCY WITH COMMUNITY HEALTH ACCREDITATION PARTNER

(Detroit, MI – 3/14/2017) – (Crystal Home Health Care) has announced its recertification of its Medicare Certified Home Health Agency with the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP). The Medicare Certified Nursing Agency offers services to its patients including skilled nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.

Being certified by CHAP shows our partners in the community that we are able to provide quality care to our patients and, through our internal quality control measures, are able to monitor our progress. Becoming CHAP certified is an arduous process but absolutely well worth it.” said Sandra Nabors R.N., Director of Nursing.


Crystal Home Health Care recognizes the importance of people having access to Health Care insurance benefits. By extending its recertification another three years with CHAP, Crystal Home Health Care has extended its provider agreement with insurance companies. Crystal Home Health Care accepts more insurances than any other provider in the state.
