Solid Waste Bulldozer is a special dozer designed particularly to work in landfills and sludge areas. Two solid waste dozers are designed in the range of 15-25 tons, mainly SD6NHW Bulldozer weighing approx. 17 tons with a rated power of 136KW and SD7NHW Bulldozer has elevated sprocket designs, weighs approx. 23 tons with a rated power of 185KW. Equipped with reliable Cummins engine, these machines are ideal to be worked in Solid waste fields and swamp lands and provide much higher efficiency than the standard machines working in Landfill areas.

This bulldozer is equipped with special low ground pressure (LGP) track plates and solid waste blade that is far more effective than other blades normally used in bulldozers for landfills.

Triangular Swamp Track Plates
Triangular swamp track plates (910 mm) with additional protection for wetlands, sludge and solid waste result in a much higher efficiency than the standard machine. Triangular edges results in low ground pressure thus enables the machine to operate smoothly over the waste.

Solid Waste Blade
Special solid waste blade not only enables the machine to carry more waste, but also protects the front radiator and is very useful in solid waste areas.

These special plates and blade helps in smooth operator ride, shifts more waste in one round, hence provides much higher throughput.
