Originally in the belief of respecting nature's ways, All of the involved farms have been looking up to create as much environmental harmony as possible throughout their crops, avoiding any pesticides and other "non organical" products. The truth is, some of these farms are so small and/ or remote that they do not even have access to costly chemicals and damaging new-world harvest technologies. While we do our very best to create a sustainable future for this farms, - among others improving their access to tools and techniques and expandig both in size and quality -parallel with improving the lives of the farmers, we will keep the pesticides out, keeping the organic in. Next to aiming towards a first class quality coffee, we are dedicated to enhance the beneficial implications of coffee for body and well-being throughout all of our processes. From planting the seeds to roasting the beans. Keeping some of the Century old traditional methods for harvesting and processing alive, we implement certain new and improved techniques from the contemporary science around specialty coffee ( such as Bean Selection, Bean conservation methods, et cetera ) to create the ultimate cup of organic specialty coffee. A rich and full cup of the finest Indo Single Origin, with hints of ancient craftmanship & a long finish of Tropical Island Breeze. For more information visit here: http://www.talesofcoffee.com/
