Randy Alan Weiss is an alumnus of American University from where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978. Next, he completed his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 1981. Later, he obtained his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center MLT, (Tax) in 1985 with an emphasis on closely-held business taxation & exempt organizations.

Randy Alan Weiss is the founding partner of Weiss LLP, a well-recognized boutique firm in Washington DC. His main areas of
specialization are real estate, business law, complex titles, and estate planning. With more than three decades of experience, he has developed excellent legal strategies for his diverse clientele, which include nationally-recognized real estate investment trusts, real estate developers, hotel franchises, and entrepreneurs in hospitality management.
