Randy Alan Weiss is the Founding Partner of Weiss LLP established in 2006. He is a law graduate of Georgetown University Center (MLT, 1985) with an emphasis in closely-held business taxation & exempt organizations. Prior to this, he attended St. Louis University School of Law.

Randy Weiss has expertise in wide areas of real estate, asset preservation, estate planning, regional governmental agency/ FOIA practice, commercial and bank and lending, business transactions and taxation. Some of his clients are from closely-held businesses and development companies. He is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. His main aim is to formulate the best course of action for his clients. He is an experienced attorney who helps businesses protect their assets and minimize estate taxes.

He has four years of experience working in the United States House of Representatives as a legislative staff assistant for several different Members of Congress with service on a legislative committee and two years in the Office of General Counsel of a major defense contractor. He is a law graduate of Georgetown University Center (MLT, 1985) with a prominence in closely-held business taxation and exempt organizations and St. Louis University School of Law (JD, 1981). He is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. He regularly counsels clients concerning Business Transactions, Tax Law, Estate Planning and Asset Protection, Real Estate and complicated, estranged title issues. He also does community services and associated with many including Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, DC, Jewish Federation of St. Louis, Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington.
