Last year, 7th Annual ERG & Council Honors AwardTM event was held in Alexandria, Virginia in which the top 25 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Diversity Council were recognized.

Latinas who attended that event, got encouraged when two Hispanic/Latino ERGs received the honors.

Out of 538 participants, one of those two winners belonged to Association of Latinos at MassMutual and Allies that were named at 12th place and another one belonged to Cleveland Clinic SALUD Hispanic/Latino Employee Resource Group that ended at the 23rd place.

Last year, Award was given to the best Hispanic/Latinos ERGs for their significant contribution and achievements. It seems this year award council will pick only best of the best.

Well, the list is too long and not possible to mention all of them. However, it would be interesting to see this year’s honors that are going to be held in Las Vegas.
