A new book, written by a group of Mississippi doctors, sheds light on the hidden dangers of salt and hopes to educate readers about how to use salt to live healthier and be happier - The FlavorDoctor Diet: Lose Salt! Lose Weight! Be Healthy! by Dr. Chad Rhoden, Dr. Richard Rhoden and Suzanne Rula, RD is scheduled for release on June 11th, 2015.

The book, introduced by a foreword from celebrated actor Morgan Freeman, was created from a medical point of view to help readers reduce excessive salt with ease, keeping the flavor in their diet without sacrificing health. About Chad Rhoden:

Co-Founder and CEO of FlavorDoctor Foods, Dr. Chad Rhoden, M.D., Ph.D., has been certified as a Nutrition Specialist through the American College of Nutrition and has a passion to improve health through better nutrition.
