Christopher Sahliyeh is a true professional in the real estate field. His seven year history in the industry spans over three companies and a variety of positions. Christopher Sahliyeh’s hard work in the real estate sector has not gone unnoticed. In 2007, he received the Rookie of the Year for Real Estate award for the state of Texas, as a result of his sales that totaled over $15 million. Christopher Sahliyeh was also a runner up for the National Rookie Salesperson of the year award.

Some of Christopher Sahliyeh’s other achievements include his efforts with client retention. While working with Setco Enterprises Corporation, Christopher Sahliyeh managed client retention and successfully renegotiated 100% of tenants affected by property portfolio increases. He was also able to set up three year extension minimums for tenants. Additionally, Christopher Sahliyeh was able to lease out 95% of a 100,000 square foot commercial property within one year.
