It's not about fleshy lobes it's the position of your hole piercing is located. Also one pair of earings the studs came all squished together rather than separated like in the picture but I fixed by pushing them away from each other , but worth mentioning

This is a beautiful and fit my 7" wrist perfectly with some room to move. This is definitely much prettier in person. The hinge is somewhat hard to open if you're trying to get it off your wrist by yourself. Once I figured out how to take it off by myself it wasn't a problem.
