Chad Clift, owner, head chef, and founder of Swanky’s in Mossy Rock, Washington, says that he’s expanding the menu to cater to evermore gourmet tastes of his community.

Chad Clift announced that he will expand the menu of his popular restaurant Swanky’s in downtown Mossy Rock. He will be adding a number of new gourmet dishes that he has always wanted to include on his menu but hadn’t the resources to do so in the past. While he was noncommittal with specifics of the new menu items, he said that he expects his new additions will bring in more clientele looking for high class meals straight from New York City.

Chad Clift was trained in New York at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. After earning his degree in Culinary Arts, he had his choice of apprenticeships and internships with many of New York’s top chefs and restaurants. Instead of starting his culinary career in the food capital of the United States, Clift returned home to Mossy Rock to found a different kind of restaurant. He offered free plates of excellent food to those who were willing to work for it, even if they didn’t have the money. He also maintained a high level of service and food that provides the people of Mossy Rock with excellent gourmet options.

Chad Clift is now expanding his gourmet side of the menu so that everyone can enjoy the delights of a New York restaurant right in their own backyard. Clift’s work with the community has allowed many people to taste excellent culinary pieces of art right in downtown Mossy Rock that they would have never been able to taste before. His new menu additions should only increase his prominence in the community and Swanky’s popularity in the area.

Chad Clift decided to open his doors to anyone willing to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant and, by extension, the local culinary community a plate of the best food around because he believes that no one should be denied access to excellent nutrition and taste because of their income level. Clift also donates to many local charities helping the poor and less fortunate in Mossy Rock, and he hopes that he can continue to offer people the same service they have expected from him for over 15 years.
