Local Snowboarding Champion, Chad Boulter, Sets Sights on 2018 Olympic Competition

Chad Boulter, a champion snowboarder from Jupiter, Florida seeks to make the 2018 Olympic team.

 
Jupiter, Florida native, Chad Boulter has set his sights on making the 2018 Olympic snowboarding team. The 26-year old has been a professional snowboarder for over five years and has been tearing up the competition on the slopes. He won his first professional competition when he was twenty-one, placing first in a large snowboarding competition in Colorado. Since then he has been tearing up the competition. Every winter he heads to the secluded central mountains of Colorado to train for the season's competitions. He has found extraordinary success in competitions around the world and is hoping he will have enough top four finishes to make the United States Olympic team.

Chad Boulter began his career as an amateur skateboarder in Jupiter, Florida. During his teen years, he became well-known for his skills and ability to win tough competitions. At the age of nineteen, he traveled to Colorado, experiencing snow for the first time and falling in love with snowboarding. His skills as a skateboarder transferred easily to the slopes, helping him to quickly pick up on the nuances of the sport. He instantly fell in love with the sport and hasn’t looked back. He even purchased a small cabin in the secluded central mountain of Colorado. During the off-season, he heads back to Jupiter, Florida, maintaining his focus and skills by turning to his first love, skateboarding. During the summer months, he can be found skating around his hometown, working on his skills.

When Chad Boulter was just twenty-one years old, he landed his first sponsorship in the sport. Since then, he has obtained numerous sponsors, including Red Bull and Nitro. His skills and dedication to the sport will continue to earn him well-known sponsorships until he retires. He is also a certified snowboard instructor in Colorado. He loves being able to teach new students the skills needed to win competitions and land sponsorships. He hopes that one day all his hard work and training will pay off with him being able to compete in the ultimate competition, the Olympics.
