Bangalore, India- 7th December, 2023- Celcom has marked its footprints in the Telecom and the BFSI space, where the team has been primarily working on customer acquisition and expanding their services in Digital, Data and Testing.

Speaking about their expansion plans, Bhavani Shanker, CEO of Celcom Solutions, said, “We are very passionate about building good relationships with our customers by being transparent and agile. Our focus has been primarily on building new practices based on the customer’s roadmap. This was achieved by engaging with the clients and becoming a part of their growth strategy rather than being a consulting company concentrating on selling services. Over the last 2 years, we have been very driven on our objective to work on our defined target markets. We were preparing our ground to bring in the right leadership team and to create practices for competing with established system integrators. For able to achieve this, we clearly defined the roles, go-to-market strategies, customer list and geographies, which at the end resulted in 40% growth in the overall revenues in the FY 22- 23.”

We were very keen on expanding the portfolio of services with the existing customer’s reach and intimacy model. For customer acquisition, we were focusing largely on establishing our new portfolio services that we had embarked on. To enhance our presence in the BFSI space, we have also formed a strategic partnership for Core Banking, Testing, Data and Integration Services. We achieved this by working closely with the ecosystem, research firms, and strategic transformation programs- Celcom 2.O with the IIM graduates.

This year it has been a fantastic journey of expanding our relationship with existing customers and we have been able to penetrate into multiple net new accounts and get preferred vendor ship for more than 10 Net new accounts in 14-15 months with active engagements with 4 Tier 1 new clients.
