The Acrobat 2 calibrated platinum spring-coil tip enables a soft contact with the tissue of the pancreaticobiliary anatomy. Moreover, it permits flouroscopic visualization of the tip of guide wire. A 5.8 cm hydrophilic coated tip helps in improvement in trackability, reduction of friction, and access of challenging anatomy. Its available sizes are 0.025- and 0.035-inch diameters along with 205 cm, 260 cm and 450 cm lengths, and both straight and angled tips. The Acrobat 2 also finds its application during sphincterotomy.

Other significant attributes of the Acrobat 2 are 29% more pushability than its initial 0.035” version and 1:1 torqueability for precision in rotation of the wire during selective cannulation and navigation of ducts.
