Terri Bauer has been serving as the director of the Collin County CSI program for over a decade. The program involves the assessment and treatment of sexually offending youth as well as sexually abused and sexually reactive youth. This program has both inpatient and outpatient services, and the therapy is conducted individually and with the family.

Terri is a very experienced professional and has been working with children who suffered trauma for over 20 years. In addition to working with children who were sexually abused, Terri Bauer also provides assistance to children who developed sexual behavior problems as a result of their trauma. Terri received her higher education at The University of Texas at Arlington. She got a Bachelors in Social Work and graduated suma cum laude. She also earned a magna cum laude Masters in Social Work from the same university.

Terri was appointed to the Council on Sex Offender Treatment by Governor Rick Perry. She likes to volunteer her time to train new therapists at the Child Advocacy Center concerning issues that victims of sexual abuse face. Terri is well respected in the community for her dedication and commitment to helping juvenile sex offenders.

Terri Bauer is a LSCW and LSOTP. She is the current director of the CSI Program for Juvenile Sexual Behavior Treatment at Collin County, Texas. She has been appointed to the Council on Sex Offender Treatment by Governor Rick Perry. She served as the director of the Juvenile Sex Offender Program in Grayson County from 1995 to 2002. She also worked as a clinical supervisor with the Child and Family Guidance Centers from 1997 to 2000.
