Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta began his career in the field of Information Technology while serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 until 2005. As a Marine, Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta served in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Systems Engineer for the United States military, and also earned a Combat Action Medal. He honed his leadership skills by meticulously planning, coordinating and managing diverse projects and teams, to include major technology projects, and his broad industry experience includes working as a Consultant for the Department of Defense, as well as other federal, healthcare, financial and oil and gas companies. Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta has also consulted on IT related projects that served the public schools of Chicago, IL.

After serving his country for four years, Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta went on to earn several valuable certifications; he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), as well as having Comp-TIA Security + Certification and being McAfee Certified.

Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta employed these certifications by founding a successful IT related small business organization out of Bend, OR, in 2007, which provided Information Technology services to local businesses as well as home clients. Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta is also founder of Isperfecta LLC, and serves the company as President. As President of Isperfecta LLC, Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta oversees the overall strategy of the company, which has seen an increase in revenue of nearly 300% over six months. He has overseen the development and operations of the Isperfecta hiring process, operations budget, recruiting, consulting and personal development of and consultants.

When asked how he has managed to accomplish so much, Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta replied, “My service with my brothers and sisters in the Corps has been a great driving force in my success. I learned to lead while serving by their side, but also to give my all to anything I do for anyone, whether a person or an organization.”

Clearly, this is the case. As a Marine, Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta was credited for maintaining one of the only Data Centers in a combat zone under enemy fire, allowing warfighters with US Coalition forces to maintain communication. As a civilian on his free time, Brenden Siferd of Isperfecta continues to serve his country by volunteering for a Chicago non-profit organization, teaching youth about financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
