Baleia (Whale) Beach is one of Brazil’s most beautiful beaches running 160km of the Ceara state coast, the region of Fortaleza has a property revolution occurring after it was announced a month ago, that the “ Nova Atlantida” project (New Atlantis) and the regeneration of the Itapipoca airport is coming to fruition. Major international hotel groups and corporations have already started to acquire beach front land for the construction of new luxury hotels and resorts. The hotel belongs to a company named “Omega Assets Management”, thats parent company are a part of GMX Capital, a Luso-Brazilian Group with more than 30 years of history and experience in several sectors, such as construction, hospitality, timeshare, restaurants ,business, shrimp farming, cattle creation and cement industry among others.

With average temperatures of 32ºC and warm tropical waters around 27,5ºC all year contributes to this location being truly unique.

When viewing “Baleia Praia Hotel”, we verified that the apartments will be accessible to the European market with affordable prices and can expect investors to realize high returns on the property values within the next few years.

Construction began in the front of the hotel and is now in the final phase of the construction. It was also stated that in the near future, opportunities will be available to sell timeshare in the apartments with prices ranging from 500.000 euros to 1.200.000 euros, depending on the sq m.
