Ricoh India retained its leadership position in category of Copier-based Multi-Functional Printer. Prominent factors that contributed to this success are the intensified product portfolio, industry-specialized solutions and highly skilled workforce.

 
In words of new IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Managed Print and Document Services 2014 Hardcopy Vendor Assessment — Focus on Managed Workflow Services. Additionally, report highlighted the unique combination of proprietary and third-party analysis tools that Ricoh have enables assessment of the workflow in a sophisticated manner.

The 2014 IDC MarketScape report was slightly more précised than previous years. This time evaluation gone beyond Managed Document Services to expose a detailed assessment of business process analysis that includes planning, modeling, mapping, designing as well as re-engineering of document-based business processes.
