India, Asia, July 17, 2019 - The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 concluded last July 15 at the Lord’s but cricket fans all over the world are still hyped on next month’s Indian cricket team tour of the West Indies that will start on August 3rd. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is set to have a meeting to discuss the respective teams.

The tour is comprised of three matches of the T20I series from August 3 to 6, three ODIs from August 8 to 14, and Test series from August 22 to 30. The venues for the tour are Central Broward Regional Park in Lauderhill, Florida; Providence Stadium in Guyana; Queen's Park Oval in Port of Spain; Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua; and lastly, Sabina Park in Kingston.

Team India’s opening batsman Rohit Sharma is expected to be the captain. Unfortunately, Virat Kohli will not be participating as he decided to rest after playing the World Cup. Bowler Jasprit Bumrah will take a break as well.

The Test matches of India’s Tour will begin the new ICC World Test Championship. The following are the nine teams who will participate in the league competition:
