30th January 2014- BeingFitnessFreak is just another Word Press site being launched recently with an aim to make people aware of their health and ways to prevent disease to lead a better life.

According to this site, around 2 million people aged ten to twenty four die every year mostly because of preventable diseases. A great number of people cannot develop and grow properly to their full potential due to illnesses. A much greater number of individuals are engaged in some kind of behavior that can put their health at risk for the years to come.
