The Punjab Examination Commission (or the PEC) conducts 5th and 8th Class Examinations all over Punjab in February every year after it started functioning in 2005. The PEC has announced that [b]5th Class Result and 8th Class Result[/b] will be declared on 31st March 2018.

PEC has at most thirty seven (37) districts under its supervision, all within Punjab.
Boards under the PEC are as follow BISE Lahore, BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Bahawalpur, BISE Dera Ghazi Khan, BISE Gujranwala, BISE Sahiwal, BISE Multan, BISE Faisalabad and BISE Sargodha. These boards are further affiliated to various districts of Punjab. Rawalpindi Board looks over the districts of Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Attock, Chakwal. BISE Lahore Board 5th Class Result 2018 and BISE Lahore Board 8th Class Result 2018 will be announced in district of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib under supervision of Lahore Board. Gujranwala Board is responsible to look after examination process and declaration of PEC 5th and 8th Class Result in the districts of Gujranwala, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Narowal, and Sialkot. Faisalabad oversees the Chak Jhumra, Jaranwala, Samundri, and Tandlianwala districts. There is Sargodha Board which is in charge of conduction of examination in the Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, and Bhakkar districts. Bahawalpur Board looks after District Bahawalpur, District Bahawalnagar and District Rahim Yar Khan. BISE DG Khan Board 5th Class Result 2018 will be made available for the districts of Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, and Rajanpur. Sahiwal Board has to oversee Okara District, Sahiwal District, and Vehari District. Lastly BISE Multan will announce the BISE Multan Board 5th and 8th Class Result 2018 for its affiliated districts of Multan, Khanewal and Lodhran.
