Logs Direct Ltd of Halton is celebrating after its fast growing brand, Warma Home Fuels, scooped a major award for its BBQ grill pack. The product was named "Associated industry new product of the year" at the Hearth and Home exhibition in Harrogate.
Logs Direct sales director Stephen Talbot said "after a lot of hard work had been put into developing this product it was fantastic to receive confirmation that it has been well received by many of our independent retailers and also great to receive this coveted industry award".
The company has recently added new lines to its product range, including kiln dried wood for pizza ovens and cooking stoves which include a selection of fruit woods for added aroma. Over 4,000 packs of wood a day are produced at its factory in North Lancashire and success for the Warma brand should ensure this figure keeps growing. Logs Direct hopes to cement its reputation as one of the UK's leading environmentally friendly fuel producers.
